Where and when will the event take place?
It’s happening on September 26, 2026, at the Beatrix Building of the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht!
Is there an age limit?
Yes! Unfortunately, you aren’t allowed to attend our event if you’re under the age of 16. If you’re under the age of 18, you must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The entire event takes place on the ground floor, including all rooms and walking areas. The restrooms are wheelchair accessible as well, and there’s plenty of space to move around comfortably. If you need any assistance, feel free to come to the event stand — our team is happy to help.
What can I do if I start feeling overstimulated or overwhelmed?
Your comfort and wellbeing matter to us. If you feel overstimulated or need a moment to reset, you can always come to the event stand. Our team is there to support you with a quiet spot, some water, or simply a calm, friendly presence. Please don’t hesitate to reach out — you’re welcome anytime.
Where can I buy tickets and until when can I cancel?
Tickets are available through Eventbrite. You can cancel up to two weeks before the event. You will be refunded the ticket price.
Do I need to purchase books in advance?
You can, but you don’t have to. You can bring books you already own, but all authors will also be selling books. There will also be an English bookstore at the event.
Are panels included with my ticket, and do I need to register for them?
Yes, they are included in your ticket and no, you do not need to register.
All panels are freely accessible and will be announced in advance.
Are food and drinks available?
There’s a bar in the venue where you can buy food and drinks. Outside the venue (you can come and go freely with your wristband), there’s another restaurant, and of course, you can always grab a bite to eat at Hoog Catherijne and then come back.
You’re also free to bring your own food and drinks.

Am I permitted to take photographs?
Of course you can! We’d love for you to! Would you like to have your picture taken with that one author? Now’s your chance!
There will also be a photo booth.

You’ll receive a goodie bag with your ticket!
And yes, it contains another fantastic anthology.
